                                                     We have a fantastic opportunity for a therapist to join a supportive, highly motivated team and take on the role of managing our speech and language therapy service; covering a maternity leave.   To work as a highly specialist skilled and dynamic, clinical-lead Speech and Language Therapist, providing clinical leadership, supervision and management of the Speech and Language Therapy team as part of the integrated, multi-disciplinary therapy team at Linden Lodge School. In addition, your clinical expertise will be drawn upon in delivering hands-on speech and language therapy, and in developing the skills of the junior Speech and Language Therapist in your team, thereby ensuring the provision of a high standard of speech and language assessment, treatment and advice to children, young people and their families accessing the school. Speech and language therapy sessions will primarily take place at the school, or at home or in a clinic environment as appropriate.   About us  You will be leading a team of Speech and Language Therapists whilst supporting continuous improvements within our provision. You need to be an excellent communicator, able inspire and motivate staff and build strong working relationships with both students and their families to enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes. Within this role you will be supported by the Head of Therapies as your manager and work with the school leadership team.
