                                                    Cancer Performance & Improvement Manager with Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust in Salisbury

                                                     We're looking for a motivated, engaged and driven project manager to join our team to make a real difference to our cancer waiting times and make improvements to treatment variation within the Medicine Division.   This role will have a direct impact on improving outcomes and experience of care for our patients, so we're looking for someone who can put the patient at the heat of everything they do.   If you're an experienced project manager who can manage and deliver complex projects, we'd like to hear from you.   The Cancer Performance &amp; Improvement Manager will work closely with colleagues in the Medicine Division, as well as collaboratively across divisions, specialties and the Cancer Services Team to support sustainable delivery of cancer waiting time targets.   This role will support identification of root causes, collation of action plans in conjunction with MDTs and implementation of initiatives to support the division. This role will support several projects relating to cancer waiting time performance and treatment variation, with particular focus on:     Outpatient clinic utilisation   Chair utilisation   Demand &amp; capacity planning   Lung cancer and oncology pathway mapping   Delivery against the main GIRFT metrics around treatment variation     About us  Please see attached Job description and person specification for full details of roles and responsibilities.
