Digital and Transformation Lead - WCC PCN with SW Healthcare in Worcester

While the salary for this role is listed as a fixed amount, we are open to negotiation. We can offer a salary within the companys Band 8a range, depending on the candidates proven experience and qualifications. Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve patient access and practice efficiency. Support the adoption of new technologies across GP practices within the PCN. Analyse data to inform decision-making and improve healthcare delivery. Collaborate with NHS system partners and stakeholders to align local strategies with national policies. Develop and manage transformation plans, identifying risks and resource requirements. Drive engagement and communication to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
