The role involves extensive communication with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, to present complex information, nurture key relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of quality improvement programs.   The Senior Quality Manager will support the Lead Nurse for infection prevention and control, manage quality-related incidents, and provide expert advice on clinical quality standards. Additionally, the role includes staff management, financial oversight, and the development of policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.   The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare quality management, with experience in patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical governance. They will be expected to drive innovation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that services across the BSW region meet the highest standards of care.
