Based in the Data &amp; Insight Team within the Income Generation &amp; Marketing directorate, the role will support the full department by providing insight, data expertise and training, data selections, analysis and segmentations, data imports and month and year end reconciliation. Youll work with the Fundraising and Partnership departments to evaluate the success of campaigns and journeys, to gather, interpret and utilise insight to inform fundraising activity to maximise income.   About us  You will be responsible for making sure the CRM database meets the needs of the department, encompassing all aspects including user training, data management, process improvements and new development. You will promote best practice when using data and will help to embed data as a driver of decision making across the department.
