                                                    Urgent Care Practitioner with Yate & Frampton PCN Ltd in Bristol

                                                     We are looking to recruit either an advanced clinical practitioner or a paramedic to join our well-established practice. You will work autonomously and will be a key member of our urgent care team. The post has become available due to a planned retirement. Our surgery operates on a total triage model with 15 mins appointment slots for the urgent care team. Typically, youll be seeing patients who have requested an urgent/same day appointment. You will be providing assessment and management advice for new medical problem only (not follow ups).   Working closely with GP colleagues, the cores responsibilities for the urgent care team are;  Providing assessment, treatment, screening and advice to patients presenting with minor illnesses and urgent care needs.  Dealing with minor illness and injury and experience in diagnosing prescribing and referring.  There will be the requirement to conduct some home visits.
