                                                    Receptionist/Care Navigator with Primary Care Careers in Loughton, Essex

                                                     Loughton Health Centre is looking to recruit a part-time receptionist/care navigator to join our busy existing team on a part-time basis for 12 hours per week working 4-7pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.     Manage bookings via the telephone and in person.   Deal with patient queries.   Liaise with other members of the team to ensure our patients receive the upmost care and attention.
