Prioritise health problems and intervene appropriately to assist the patient in complex, urgent or emergency situations, including initiation of effective emergency care.Review medication in accordance with PGD medication list as approved by the supervising G.P.Provide information and advice on prescribed or non-prescription medication, on medication regimens, side-effects and interactions Ensure full and accurate documentation in patient notes of clinical history, physical examination, diagnosis and treatment plan.To clearly communicate the health status of the patient using appropriate terminology, technology and format and maintain respect and dignity for the patient at all times. To work within the practice guidelines, policies and protocols. To maintain accurate and contemporaneous records, utilising computer systems where appropriate and consider the Caldecott Principles in relation to all data handling.
