The Band 6 Care Coordinator role at Solihull Early Intervention, part of Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to support individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis and those at risk of developing it. The position requires a dynamic and motivated individual from various professional backgrounds to assess and coordinate care needs, implement evidence-based interventions, and provide professional advice to colleagues. The Care Coordinator will also take on managerial responsibilities in the absence of the team manager, act as a role model for junior staff, and advocate for service users while promoting recovery and hope within the community.
