The Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Band 4 Support Time Recovery Worker to join the Solihull Early Intervention Team. This role involves supporting patients with mental health issues in community and outpatient settings, focusing on recovery through low-intensity psychosocial interventions. Applicants should have significant experience in health or social care, with knowledge of mental health highly desirable.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload, providing outreach and follow-up support, and will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to collaboratively set recovery goals. They will also liaise with community organisations and partner services to ensure effective care pathways, signposting service users to appropriate resources and support facilities.
