The Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a self-motivated and experienced "Band 3 Team Administrator" to support the Early Supported Stroke Discharge Service in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organisational, and secretarial skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain composure under pressure. The role involves providing clerical support to the ESD Team, managing the Community RiO system, and assisting team members with data entry. Key responsibilities include drafting documents, arranging appointments and meetings, maintaining electronic diaries, and delivering a confidential secretarial service while adhering to Trust policies.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with potential for future flexibility to accommodate a seven-day working week. The successful applicant will communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals, handling sensitive information and complex issues with empathy and negotiation skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and to contribute to the future delivery of stroke services in South Birmingham.
