Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Bank Support Worker for a temporary role at The Woodmill facility in Cullompton, Devon. The position involves providing care and support for individuals with mental health conditions, helping them lead fulfilling lives and develop skills for independent living. The role requires a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance, as it can be challenging but rewarding. As part of a dedicated team, the successful candidate will use their experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker to aid in the recovery of clients.

This role offers flexibility in shift selection, allowing workers to choose their hours via an app, with no minimum hour requirement. Additionally, successful applicants will benefit from a two-week paid induction, ongoing training, free meals on duty, free parking, and an hourly wage of £13.50, including a holiday uplift. Candidates with mental health experience are preferred, and the position includes access to employment in a well-established healthcare network across England and Wales.
