We are looking for enthusiastic CBT Therapists/Clinical or Counselling Psychologists to provide therapy to clients referred to the NHS Talking Therapies Barking & Dagenham team, a primary care service working within the framework of an IAPT service model.
We are a dynamic and empowering team, and as such, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with Senior Practitioners, HI Intensity Therapists, Counsellors, PWPs, Employment Advisors and a range of other professionals in the team.
The post holder will also be expected to operate autonomously, providing cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to clients presenting with complex anxiety disorders and depression, therefore, a good knowledge of disorder specific CBT interventions is essential.
