The Charge Nurse role at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability in London's Specialist Ventilator Unit focuses on delivering high-quality care to patients requiring ventilator support. The Charge Nurse will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, providing clinical leadership and nursing oversight, as well as managing nursing services. Candidates should possess significant experience in long-term invasive mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and shift management, along with a solid commitment to quality care aligned with CQC regulations and professional standards.

In addition to patient care responsibilities, the Charge Nurse will support the Ward Sister and Matron, assist in developing care plans, and contribute to improving nursing practice. The position requires a relevant nursing degree, NMC registration, and at least 18 months of post-qualification experience.
