Onebright is seeking a Client Care Coordinator for a hybrid full-time position in York. In this role, you will serve as the voice of Onebright, supporting clients by effectively answering their queries and managing your own portfolio of cases. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing proactive administrative support, and maintaining regular communication with clients, therapists, and other stakeholders. A minimum of one year’s experience in a customer-facing environment is required, alongside proficiency in Microsoft software. Flexibility to travel to the head office three days a week is also necessary.
