We are looking for Customer Service Advisorswho would like to help us reach our mission of To earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.

Our modern contact centre office is based in the centre of Cardiff, a close walk from both train and bus links along with many shops and cafes. We have a rota to cover our contact centre's opening hours (8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays). We also offer a Hybrid working policy following completion of training.

About You

You will need to be available to start employment and complete a 4 week mandatory training programme on 30/09/24.

You will be working in our contact centre, answering calls and responding to letters and emails from our customers. Our goal is to solve our customers queries when they first contact us.

Previous experience working in a contact centre is not essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and puts customers needs at the heart of everything they do.

We understand that everyone has different ways of working and that this is vital to giving great customer service. To be successful you must be willing to learn new skills to make sure we deliver exceptional service to our customers. You must be a great team player but also able to work under your own initiative.
