The Early Intervention Psychosis Practitioner role in Scunthorpe, with Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust, focuses on supporting individuals aged 14 to 65 who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. The practitioner will be involved throughout the patient journey, from assessment to providing interventions that promote recovery, while also serving as a care coordinator for a designated number of patients and their families.
