The NHS Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board is seeking an Elective and Cancer Co-ordination Centre Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing referral processes and ensuring timely management of patient pathways across NHS and independent sector services. The role involves operational management, data analysis, and leading the Elective and Cancer Co-ordination Team, which includes recruitment, training, and day-to-day supervision. A strong background in HR, management, and information systems is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery and patient care.
