Mountbatten Hampshire is seeking a compassionate and empathetic Healthcare Assistant to join their team in Southampton, specifically within the Inpatient Unit at their Hospice. The part-time role, requiring 22.5 flexible hours per week, focuses on delivering high-quality Specialist Palliative and End of Life care in support of the registered nursing team. The Healthcare Assistant will play a vital role in providing individualized patient-centered care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and privacy while monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.

Candidates should possess a Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate and previous care experience. The successful individual will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be capable of working independently as needed.
