The Healthcare Support Worker position at HMP Woodhill involves administering medication, responding to emergencies, and assisting in the delivery of primary care services akin to those provided in the community. While previous experience in such settings is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.

Located in Milton Keynes under the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, HMP Woodhill is a high-security prison housing around 500 adult male prisoners. The successful candidates will join a dedicated multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality healthcare services, including Primary Care, Mental Health, and Addictions support, to the prison population in this challenging setting. The organisation emphasises the importance of vaccinations for the safety of staff and patients alike.
