Join Our Home Support Team as a Carer in Bromsgrove!

Are you a compassionate individual with experience caring for children with additional or complex health needs? We invite you to join our dedicated Home Support Team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. In this part-time role (36 hours a week, Monday to Friday and Sundays from 9 am – 3 pm), you will provide essential care to children and young people within their home environment. With full training and support provided, you’ll gain the skills needed for specialist care procedures like tracheostomy care and home ventilation, ensuring every child receives the tailored support they deserve.
