About the Role Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Events, you will be responsible for ensuring that all email and SMS communications enhance engagement and ultimately drive loyalty.

We are looking for someone who can. Drive CRM activity through the HubSpot platform via the email and SMS channels. Lead on email and SMS activity as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Plan and deliver CRM activity to optimise the customer life cycle, from acquisition through to conversion, retention and loyalty. Develop ongoing patient retention and loyalty tools To be an advocate for a customer data centred approach across the business, championing adoption of the CRM and creating a wider understanding of the value it brings Audit and monitor current data processes to ensure compliance
