An exciting Discharge Hub Administrative Assistant opportunity has arisen within Medicine of the Elderly & Stroke Medicine team at RIE. This is a varied, interesting and demanding post, working as part of a great team in an ever evolving environment.
You will support the Discharge Hub clinical and nursing teams, fielding all correspondence as the first contact to the service. You will support the patient discharge pathway from an acute hospital, liaising with colleagues in the community and providing support for a seamless patient transition during discharge.
The post is full time office based, 37 hours, Monday to Friday.
