We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working person with a positive attitude and excellent people skills to join our busy but dedicated Bexley Cardiology team.

The community service is a complex sub-speciality within Cardiovascular due to the nature of working with third party companies to conduct diagnostics, track patients and liaise with all stakeholders. It is paramount that the post holder will be confident and dedicated to managing 3 services which require high level of attention and prioritisation skills.

The Patient Pathway Coordinator (PPC) will lead on the clinic letters for the service diverted from consultants, actively managing our community system IPMC2 and retrospectively checking with both EPIC and IPMC2. Furthermore, tracking of patient pathways and understanding the patient pathway management in depth. By working closely with a wide range of clinical and managerial staff and providing a high standard of administrative support, the post holder will ensure patients receive treatment as soon as possible and help ensure national targets are met.
