Beluga Rox have an exciting opportunity for a Care Cordinator to work full time Nights 36 hours per week in a luxurious 62 bedded care home in Manchester specialising in residential nursing and dementia care, with top of the range facilities.
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of high-quality care services to residents. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day care activities, managing staff schedules, and maintaining effective communication between residents, their families, and the care team. Your primary focus will be to promote resident well-being, safety, and a positive living environment within the care home. We will be carrying out supervisions as part of your job role.

Skills And Experience
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong understanding of budget management and the ability to manage costs effectively whilst still delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role within a care home or similar healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of care practices in residential care.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact compassionately and professionally with residents, families, and staff.
- Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and scheduling purposes.
