Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility assistance, and medication administration.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering positive relationships and promoting their overall well-being.
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualized care needs are met.
Act as a mentor and role model to other care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role within a care home setting.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and caring attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
