Care Coordinator - Liverpool (L3)Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmTemporary ongoing contract Immediate start - £14.28phAre you looking for work at the minute? If so, we would love to hear from you!We are working closely with one of our clients to recruit a temporary member of staff at this very busy period!Duties include:* To register new patients, amend change of regimens and maintain the company CRM system * Organise deliveries for patients taking into account the patient's requirements and to ensure accurate processing of orders* Work closely with other internal departments as appropriate to ensure patient satisfaction* Act as a single point of contact for patients, hospitals, HCP and GP's.* Using a variety of communication methods* To have an understanding of prescriptions, medication and treatments involved in each of the relevant therapy areas* Maintain all records in compliance with GDPR requirements.* Act in a professional manner and demonstrate excellent behaviour when dealing with all customers and interested parties* To answer enquiries and queries responding in a timely manner, both verbal and written* To ensure prescriptions are requested in a timely manner* To scan prescriptions into E-DocsKey competencies:* Working in a fast paced customer focused environment* Handling and resolving customer issues* Working in a change driven high-pressure environment* Strong communication skills* Accurately inputting information onto a database* IT Literate in all Microsoft Applications* An experience of dealing with sensitive issues in a professional mannerIf this sounds like something you would be interested the please APPLY NOW for an immediate call
