What you will do:
Responsibility may be for a specific country (local) for a whole region (Central) or for a product area.
Provides support to Brand/Education/Marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
Develops, drives and has ownership in central and local tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business results.
Performs sales and marketing analysis, has a lead function at trade shows, literature development, online educational platform tools, online courses, presentations or publicity.
Gathers internal and external market insights, learning trends etc for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholders.
May develop and execute education plans, providing sales trainings developing roadmaps and driving new product launches.
With support from Manager, allocates and manages the budget in alignment with strategic priorities.
May provide direct sales support in the field.
Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
5+ years of Marketing and work experience, ideally within a Medical Devices environment
Fluent in local language and English
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Physical & mental requirements:
Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention ability.
