We are working on a fantastic opportunity within a high-end, boutique Executive Search firm based in the heart of the City.

This is a rare opportunity to work right beside the Founder of a highly successful and prestigious business, and to get involved in all aspects of search.

Working with senior clients and candidates in investment banking, you will have gravitas, resilience, exceptional attention to detail and a love for intense scheduling. Alongside supporting the CEO, you will work closely with a small research team and ensure the smooth running of the office, with the support of a junior Assistant.

Our client is looking for someone who is calm, super positive, a strong team player and a quick learner! This role isn't for the faint hearted.
