Job summaryAn opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, ideally with experience of working in primary care to work alongside and support the GPs and existing Nurse Practitioners. The successful candidate will see patients with minor illnesses and assist with chronic disease management as well as carrying out home visits.

The successful candidate willsee patients with minor illnesses and assist with chronic disease management aswell as carrying out home visits. Candidates should hold an independentprescribing qualification
