Are you a friendly and professional person available for temporary Reception cover?

We are looking for a customer focused and proactive Front of House Receptionist to join a fantastic company for 6-8 weeks based in central Crawley


This Role Will Involve


  • Managing the reception area
  • Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Operating the reception switchboard, dealing with all customer enquires or connecting them through to the appropriate person in a timely mannor.
  • Sort and distribute incoming post and any general administrative duties as required from time to time.

Previous Front of House or Administrative experience is required to hit the ground running for this role, along with excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and work in a proactive manner.
