Job summarySandy Lane Surgery is a very busy GP Practice in Leyland, and we are looking for a hard-working, reliable, administrator to join our friendly team.
Weare looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellentorganisational skills to join our busy administrative team. It is essentialthat the successful candidate will have proven experience in clinicalcoding/summarising of medical records and an excellent understanding of medicalterminology. You will also be a first point of contact for our patients within our Patient Support Team and so will need to be friendly, empathetic and willing to have a holistic approach to healthcare and go the extra mile for patients when necessary.
The hours are full time (37 per week): however we would consider a job share/part time hours for the right candidate.
You must have recent experience in a customer service role in a busy office environment and will need to be calm under pressure whilst maintaining the ability to perform to a high standard and deliver the service in a professional, courteous, efficient and effective way.
Interviews to take place week beginning 15th July 2024.
