We are working with an independent healthcare provider who are looking for Health Visitors to join their children's service in Harlow, Essex and work on a permanent basis.

The group have numerous years experience of supporting and delivering high quality nursing care for services throughout the UK. Due to their success they are now looking to expand their Health Visiting Team.


Job Description


Within your role as a health visitor you will work in partnership with statutory and voluntary organisations in the delivery of quality, integrated services to preschool children, their parents and carers. You will be expected to provide proactive and responsive services, delivered flexibly across a range of settings to meet service user needs.

There will be times when you will be required to provider leadership within the team, acting as a positive role model for junior staff by demonstrating excellent standards of practice.

The successful applicant will be an experienced, compassionate individual who will be able to offer first-class nursing care in an industry leading working environment. This role is working full time with standard hours 9am-5pm.

The team currently have a flexible approach to working, the role is mainly hybrid but each week may differ dependant on your caseload.

Requirements:

  • Strong, up to date clinical skills
  • At least 12 months experience working as a Health Visitor
  • SCPHN qualification
  • Car driver
