An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient team.

We have an opportunity for a Band 3 Outpatient Assistant Clinic Coordinator post available as follows:

Monday to Friday

29.70 hours per week

The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as team player, be self-motivated and reliable with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands. They must be able to deal with service users and colleagues of all disciplines in a confident, caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person. They should be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills.

They should have the skills to be able to train, mentor and supervise staff. They will need to resilient to cope with the demands of managing patient waiting lists, booking patient appointments and working with Medical / Nursing / Management to maximise capacity to ensure patients are booked appropriately.
