Recently awarded Urgent Treatment Centre status, we are recruiting additional Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join our friendly team in Oldham.
Oldham is a diverse and multi-cultural community. A high percentage of our patients face deprivation and multi morbidity. This makes for a varied role as well as an opportunity to make a real different to the community. The team are passionate about providing patients in Oldham with the highest possible quality care.
Salary: £49000 to £65250 a year plus enhancements attached to KSF and dependent upon experience
Full time, part time and bank positions available
Working patterns flexibility between 8am - 11pm Monday to Sunday
Location: Integrated Care Centre (ICC), New Radcliffe Street, Oldham, Greater Manchester, OL1 1NL

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner working within the Oldham locality you will holistically assess and clinically examine patients with both minor and complex needs. You will have access to pathways and a broad Directory of Services (DoS) along with :
The service runs from two sites; the Urgent Care Hub in the Integrated Care Centre and our Pre Emergency Department (Pre ED) streaming service within The Royal Oldham Hospital.
The Pre ED streaming service includes working closely with The Royal Oldham Hospital to identify patients who present to ED with primary care presentations who can be streamed away from ED.
You will possess leadership qualities and provide support to the wider team, act as a positive role model and proactively identify areas for quality improvement.
You will have full access to our gtd learning academy and forums. This provides a great opportunity to grow and expand your clinician skills/knowledge and to excel as an ACP.
Using EMIS, you will consult with patients with undiagnosed/undifferentiated problems. You have access to the patients full clinical records and consult via telephone, video or face to face, according to patient needs.
