We are a leading mental health charity in the South West offering housing, support and hope to thousands of people with mental health and other support needs. Our goal is to inspire hope and deliver change for everybody and every community we work with.
If successful, you will be working within the Recovery Bristol Partnership delivering community health services in Bristol and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (AWP).
In the job you will be:
- Working with families, carers and friends and be working in a multidisciplinary team
- Building therapeutic relationships with service users
- Support a team caseload of severe and enduring mental health needs of service users
- An excellent communicator
- Receiving management and clinical supervision, together with group reflective practice
- Working day and night shifts to meet the needs of a 24/7 service

- 26 days annual leave rising to 31, plus Bank Holidays
