We’re looking to recruit passionate and committed individuals across to our team on ward 35 which cares for Renal patients but also Diabetics ,Cardiac patients.Patients on Heamodyalisis and Pertioneal Dialysis.

Working within this are you will gain a wealth of experience and knowledge working alongside a very friendly welcoming,hard working team.


Main duties of the job


To work on and a flexible basis to support ward/department teams throughout the Trust delivering care.

Monitoring patients and performing basic health check

Serving meals and helping to feed patients

Provide support to patients to maintain their hygiene needs. This may include actions such as:

Bathing/washing

Care of mouth, hair, nails and eyes

Provide support to maintain their elimination needs. This may include actions such as:

Encouraging continence

Emptying urinary catheter bags

Mobilising to toilet or use of commode or bedpan

Maintaining hygiene needs after episodes of incontinence
