Specialism
Acquired brain injury and a range of other neurological conditions such as Huntingtons disease, Parkinsons, and multiple sclerosis.
Purpose
To coordinate the provision of high-quality holistic person-centred care and support to individuals accessing the client services. To provide direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to junior staff.
Qualifications Required
Healthcare Level 3 or equivalent
Experience, Skills And Ability
Proven relevant care work experience
Proven experience of working within a team
Demonstrable skills in leadership and supervision
Good communication skills
Numeracy and literacy skills
IT skills including accessing and using the internet, email, and word
