A hybrid role - Head of Health & Safety will be road based approx 2 days per week with 3 days from home.

The Package
- Up to £60,000 per annum

The Role
- Overseeing the Maintenance for 3 venues based around Bath,Cirencester and Surrey. with plans for further sites
- To work closely with the onsite maintenance teams,ensuring all of the Maintenance Assistants on site are compliant and keeping to a strict PPM.
- Liaising with all contractors regarding legal compliance as well
- A hybrid role - Head of Health & Safety will be road based approx 2 days per week with 3 days from home. This is not contractual and needs of the business may mean more days on the road.
- Reporting into a strong Head of Operations.
The Requirements
- A strong background overseeing multiple sites.
- Previous background within hotels or Retirement Villages
- A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
