As our new Sister / Charge Nurse youll be responsible for leading a team of experienced SACT nurses in providing safe, holistic and individualised patient care.

Our Triage team provides 24/7 access to nursing advice and care and are a vital part of the holistic service we offer, ensuring patients receive the best possible treatment - whenever they need it.
With access to ground breaking treatments currently not licenced on the NHS and our own on-site lab and chemotherapy production unit you'll have all the tools you need to deliver truly exceptional levels of care for your patients in a modern, vibrant setting.
You'll also have much more autonomy day to day. Our clinical teams are very nurse led so you'll have more control over assessment and treatment decisions while having the support you need to develop your career, whether that is through regular development sessions from external speakers or one of our many funded courses, including masters level qualifications.
Main duties of the jobAs our new Sister / Charge Nurse youll be responsible for leading a team of experienced SACT nurses in providing safe, holistic and individualised patient care. Youll use your in-depth knowledge and expertise to identify potential emergencies and work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to effectively manage patients during their treatment, including caring for patients who need an intervention following a triage call. Its a varied role, youll never know what each call will bring, but you can leave each day knowing you are part of a team dedicated to supporting people through one of the most difficult periods in their lives.In addition, you will have responsibility of a team to support with development and performance appraisal.
