Position: Care Worker

Blackstone Care, [London and surrounding areas]

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time



Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Assisting with daily activities and tasks
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behaviour
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment



Requirements:

  • 6 months minimum experience as a Care Worker
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • In-date training
  • Care Certificate is desirable
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo training and development
