- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behaviour
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
- 6 months minimum experience as a Care Worker
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- In-date training
- Care Certificate is desirable
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo training and development
