Purpose Of The Job

• PA required for a lovely young man who lives in Macclesfield, SK10 area. Exceptionally friendly young man who loves sports, uses a wheelchair, but has good upper body strength, with support can safely transfer from one seat to another when required. (No lifting required). He needs a little support to keep him safe when out and about.
  
  

Hours And Rate Of Pay

• £12.00 per hour
• Flexible Hours to be discussed on interview
  
  

Main Duties

• Taking client to an activity or it could be playing on his play station, cooking, shopping etc.
• Support using the toilet/showering.
• Support with transfers.
• Work closely with family.
• Ensure safety at all times.
  
  

Personal Assistant Specification

• Own transport and driving license required.
• DBS check will be required.
• Assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity.
• My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.
• You must be able to work well independently.
• My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
• The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded through your employer.
