LOWER MARR
District Nurse 1.0WTE (37 hours)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Lower Marr for a Band 6 District Nurse to join our experienced Community Nursing Team in Banchory. The successful candidate may also provide support when necessary throughout the whole team. The Lower Marr Community Nursing Team main aim is the delivery of high quality and effective nursing service in the Aboyne, Ballater, Banchory, Braemar and Torphins areas with a total practice population of over 23,350, covered by 5 GP practices.
The post would suit an enthusiastic and motivated District Nurse with evidence of previous caseload management, advanced clinical skills, excellent time management and communication skills as well as the ability to effectively prioritise workload and who would enjoy the challenges posed by working in rural Aberdeenshire.
Applications are welcomed from individuals who have a commitment to multi-disciplinary working to facilitate a high standard of care which is evidence based and in accordance with NMC, local and national policies and legislation.
Applicants must possess a recognised Specialist Practice in District Nursing qualification
Interviews are due to take place on 6th August 2024.
