Location: Various City-wide Locations

Duration: 7 Permanent, Full Time vacancies

Hours: Shift pattern over 7 days up to 10.30 pm


Job Purpose


To work within a team and agreed shift pattern to provide an excellent, customer focused, visible and accessible service to help ensure safety, cleanliness and a free flow of traffic in our communities. This includes making appropriate use of enforcement measures to achieve service objectives.

The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:

Responsibilities


The post holder is expected to demonstrate:

Experience of dealing with challenging customers and situations.

Ability to work proactively and with limited direct supervision.

Ability to ensure that practical tasks are effectively implemented.

Ability to communicate with customers both internal and external.

Ability to produce accurate written work.

The interpersonal skills necessary to sustain effective relationships on behalf of the Council with internal and external customers.

E-literate and competent in using PC and associated networks.
