Wandsworth Single Point of Access Team (WSPA) provides a borough-based assessment only service for adults aged 18-74, whereby all referrals are channelled through our team, and directed to receive appropriate care either within the Trust or in Primary care. We work closely with the community recovery and support teams, early intervention, crisis resolution & home treatment teams and the AMHP service. We work in close partnership with GP commissioners and other key partners, including voluntary organisations.

The Care co-ordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, recording and reviewing a comprehensive package of care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary Team.
