Role requirements
As a Community Support Worker you'll have an ability to provide care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to an individual's physical and emotional wellbeing. You'll need:
- At least 6 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one in the UK
- The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
- A valid Moving and Handling certificate
- The right to work in the UK

This young man has been identified with very complex health needs. His needs can fluctuate throughout the day and he relies on others to anticipate and meet his physical, emotional, psychological and social needs at all times. He enjoys being in an active environment, listening to music, participating in sensory activities and going out on trips.
In this role, you will be providing 2:1 care for a young male service user living with complex healthcare conditions including cerebral palsy, severe learning difficulties, epilepsy, quadriplegia, registered blind and aspiration events.
Shifts: Days (08:00-20.00) and waking nights (20.00-08.00).
