The Front of House Team Member will work within the Front of House Team operating in a prestigious corporate environment within a large investment bank based in Central London where employee wellbeing is a key part of daily life.
Employees have access to a large, fully equipped Active Space alongside dedicated studios offering a comprehensive group training programme, as well as wider fully integrated employee wellbeing programme.
As part of the Front of House team you are accountable for all aspects of a busy reception being the first point of contact for this busy facility. Customer service is a key area of responsibility, central to providing our client’s employees with a caring and proactive fitness and wellbeing assistance service.

Main Duties
About the role
- Deliver excellent customer service levels that exceed expectations.
- Form an integral part of the ‘Customer Journey’ and will strive to continually improve where possible.
- Strong communication skills with clients and employees both face to face, by telephone and written correspondence.
- Ensuring the facility is always welcoming and professional.
- Working closely with all departments and team members to ensure consistency and professional delivery of services.
- Complete membership and booking management tasks.
- Ability to educate members on the wider services offered through learning and awareness of the gym programme.
- Help drive a positive team culture or continued learning and improvement.
- Must be able to arrive for work by 05:30am for an early shift and be able to stay for a late shift until 10:00pm.
To succeed as part of the Front of House team you will have.
- Experience in a customer service focused environment.
- A team player with exceptional planning and organisation skills with the ability to multitask.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Approachable, personable, and able to adapt to different situations, always keen to delight customers and improve their experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
- Flexible and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent IT skills, with proven skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
