  • Monitoring and recording young people's progress, achievements, and important life events.
  • Collaborating with local authorities/placing authorities to provide outstanding care.
  • Fostering positive relationships with parents/carers to support young people's development.
  • Being flexible in daily tasks, including domestic responsibilities within the home.


Therapeutic Support Worker Requirements


  • Valid Driving License: Due to the rural locations of our homes, a valid driving license is essential for this role.

  • NVQ Level 3 (Desirable): While not mandatory, having an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field would be advantageous.
