Health & Social Care Assessor
to join them on a permanent basis to support the delivery of successful training to learners within the H&SC sector throughout South Wales.

Candidates must have a full, clean driving license and access to their own vehicle.
This role will be a hybrid role, with a mixture of home, office, and customer site work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivery of training programmes to learners ensuring the highest standards are achieved
- Covering a regional area, traveling to visit learners in the workplace to undertake assessments
- Reference and mark evidence collated in the workplace for NVQ requirements
- Completion of learner attendance records and learners guided contact hours
- Give additional support to trainees when required
Key Skills & Experience:
- Occupational competencies and experience of delivery in Health & Social Care
- Experience of Work Based Learning and Award Body practices
- CAVA qualifications or equivalent
- ESW Communication Level 2
- ESW Application of Number Level 2
- Self-motivated & Driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
