We are looking to recruit an Administrator/Receptionist for our busy office in Swansea, in a front of house role whilst providing administrative support to the admin team.

Key accountabilities


Day to day duties


  • First point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office
  • Responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post including franking mail and liaising with couriers
  • Visibility of staff diaries, in order to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team
  • Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Organising and booking meeting rooms
  • Maintaining client record system
  • Provide support to the wider admin team



What are we looking for?

  • Either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must
  • Be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our team.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
